No-Return Policy
We follow a strict no-return policy once a sale is completed. However, exchanges are allowed under specific conditions mentioned below to ensure you receive the quality you expect.
1. Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges are only applicable in the following cases:
- Defective or damaged product received
- Incorrect product delivered
- Missing items in the order
2. Reporting an Issue
Immediate Action: Customers must report any issue within 24–48 hours of delivery.
Requests for exchange must be submitted within 3–4 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Required for processing:
- Clear images/videos of the issue
- Order details
3. Exchange Process
Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement as per policy.
Replacement will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
4. Undelivered Orders / RTO
If the order is not delivered due to:
The order will be returned to us (RTO). If the student is unavailable or does not respond to the courier partner’s call, reshipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.
